Breakfast: Nothing Lunch: 2 steamed vegetable dumplings, 2 steamed pork dumplings Dinner: Some kind of fancy frozen pizza from the health store
Weight: 246.5 (down 1.5 pounds)
Stace left for her tour. I still haven't done any PT (physical training), but eating less seems to be working pretty well. I think I'm still seeing the effects of not eating on Wednesday.
