Fat Pat: Thursday, January 18th, 2006
Breakfast - You guessed it - nothing Lunch - Half a pesto chicken salad sandwich from Starbucks Dinner - PF Changes Kung Poa chicken, and steamed vegetable dumplings

I'm off to the Army for the weekend, and probably won't log exactly what I did or ate for the next few days. It all tends to run together, and rarely matters. They tell me what to do, and I don't get many options about what I can eat - normally I lose two to three pounds on a given drill weekend. I suspect this weekend will be no different. I need to lose two more pounds to meet my "Three pounds a week" goal - It hasn't been a very good week for me.
