Breakfast - Nothing Lunch - Chicken wrap with avocado, bowtie pasta, mixed fruit Dinner - Chicken sausage - no bread this time. (I am officially out of food at the house)
PT: 2 mile walk home with 20lb weight in bag
WT: 238 (Down two - I'm on the move again)
At the one month mark, I have lost 12 pounds. That's an average of three pounds a week, which is pretty damn good. I would like to average ten pounds a month for the next four months.
