Tuesday, May 21st Breakfast - nothing Lunch - white rice, green beans, vegetable egg roll Dinner - Egyptian BBQ - (which is basically meat and rice)
Wednesday, May 22nd Breakfast - nothing Lunch - Sweet and sour chicken, white rice Dinner - peaunut butter crackers
