Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - veggie burger on foccacia
Dinner - half a cold meatball sandwich

two sets of 30 pushups
one set of 19 pushups (was supposed to be 30 but I didn't make it)

Todays weight: 207 (why I'm gaining weight, I still don't know)
