Hello Robots, are you ready to start the workout? Do not respond. Your response does not matter since this is a video, and I can't hear you.
For the next ten minutes, we will be moving around in this video, and you can do the same movements at home. It doesn't matter if you mess up because no one can see you except your own internal judgmental.
Make sure you have water nearby in case you dehydrate. Remember, if you collapse, no one can help you. Okay, here we go.

Moving onto jumping jacks. Ready. And one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, fifteen, fifteen, fifteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty. Good job! And walk it out.
Next standing with feet apart, we're going to turn and twist. Keep that stomach tight. And turn and twist. And turn and twist. And turn and twist.
