Hello all,
Happy belated Presidents Day! I celebrated Presidents Day by kicking back and deciding to be a decider.
The sister of a good friend of mine works with kids and asked them what they would do if they were president. Here are their responses.
If I were President…
…everyday I will clean up the country. There would be no violence. There would be no guns. No stealing. There wouldn't be any dogs messing up the country. (1st Grade)
…I would help people. I would give food to people. (2nd Grade)
…I would make everyone happy. (2nd Grade)
…I would help people if they needed help with bills or have a problem with their house or I'd tell a speech (5th Grade)
…I would call the army to protect the country. I will help the country. If somebody is hurt I will take them to the hospital. (4th grade)
…everyone would get one free pizza! (4th grade)
…If I were president I would change the whole world. First, I would make a law that bans soldiers from going to wars that don't include the United States. I would also visit small and poor towns to help them. I would also have a huge house built in every state for homeless people. Also, I would make a holiday where everyone could go to restaurants and get free seeds to plant a garden. I would also try to find ways to make solar powered TVs and video games. And I would find other fuels in recycled things to power cars. If I were president I would make the US a better place for everyone. (5th grade)
