Art Colony: The Passionate Ad Project

The passionate ad project has to be about a subject--usually some public service kind of thing, but it can be anything, from beer to shoes--that we're passionate about. It's a print ad (i'm guessing 8.5 x 11") with good copywriting and layout. I think I'm going to do mine about Schwartz Booksellers since they're local and really great. I practically grew up inside Schwartz's--my dad used to take me there almost every day in the summer. (Before Schwartz's we went to this amazing bookstore called Grey & Dudley's that closed, probably back in 1994 or 95, where the focus was books from England and I would read Graham Oakley books on the floor and have an all-around lovely time. So I'm trying to think up ideas for that, whilst I have had an unexpected 1 page essay assignment thrown my way because I missed my ADPR 148 class on monday morning (oops, my bad :(. So I have to get *that* out of the way as well.
It's nice to have a better tuesday than a monday. Monday was just one of those Slough of Despond days--altroche Jan. 23rd being the statistically all-around worst day of the year, it was Jan. 30.
I really enjoy reading Wordsworth and Coleridge, which is an interesting new experience for me. Their words seem so lush and real that it's very soothing.
A great disclaimer on a bottle of multi-symptom cramp relief pills: "Ask a doctor before use if you have difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland." In which case you probably shouldn't be needing to take the pills in the first place.
Maybe instead take Wizagra.
