Art Colony: The Buddha Machine

I am now going to head into academic overdrive. I must study harder and do better in theology and marketing (an odd couple, but those are the 2 classes i really have to improve in). What's weird is that I get along really well with my theology professor, but for some reason his tests (labelled "quizzes") are incredibly taxing on my brain. I need to do better on them.
I am so pumped--I just ordered Biff this incredibly great surprise. He doesn't know it yet either. I saw it mentioned in the usually vapid Entertainment Weekly, in "The Mix" section...which was featuring some seriously cool shit, like Biff's beloved MAKE magazine (he only got the winter 2005 issue and he loved reading it), the fascinating-looking Wolphin DVD magazine, and finally, The Buddha Machine. The Buddha Machine, A.K.A. "TBM," is a funky little brilliant invention that looks like what would happen if an Ipod and an old skool transistor radio were fused. It's supposed to be brilliantly fun. It just looked so adorably strange, and while the article didn't list the price, I was surprised to find it listed at a very affordable $23. So I ordered one for Biff as a surprise.
At least I wasn't tempted by the listing of the Mohawk Hat.
