Fat Pat: Tuesday, January 16th, 2007
Breakfast: Nothing Lunch: Lentil Soup with crackers Dinner: Turkey Sandwich on potato bread. Snack: Crackers and Hummus
WT: 242 (Still no change)
PT: Weight training with free weights. Upper body. Some pushups, and minimal crunches
I was sick on Tuesday, and most of what I did made it worse. The Soup worked out well, and the turkey sandwich was fine, but the hummus was a big mistake. I was told to eat crackers but they were so bland...I thought adding a little hummus wouldn't hurt. I was wrong. My PT stuff didn't bother me too much until I did some crunches - that was also a mistake.
I'm a little baffled that I didn't lose any weight. I almost always lose weight when I'm sick. Maybe it was the hummus.
