Fat Pat: Monday, January 29th, 2007
Breakfast - nothing Lunch - Spicy chicken, with avocado and tomatoe on some weird bread (weird but good) Dinner - Pizza

PT: I've reinstated my pre-basic training practice of carrying a backpack where ever I go. You might think, "so what" but I've put a 20 pound dumbbell in the backpack, in addition to my normal backpack stuff. With that, I also walk everywhere I go. Yesterday, I got off the PATH two stops early, and walked the two miles (I think it might be more like three, but I haven't clocked it) home. That is not to mention the half mile dash through midtown to the PATH station on 33rd. (assuming that the a city block is 1/20th of a mile)
Monday's, As I've mentioned, are Pizza day. Not - fill your gut with pizza until your sick, Pizza day, but - I think I'll have a little pizza, pizza day. My official weekly weigh in is on Mondays - that's the official weight. (Remember, the WT: score on each post is from the current day, while everything else is the previous day - so the WT: score seen here is today's weight, even though I've listed yesterday's activities and food)
