Wednesday, August 22nd.
Breakfast - nothing Lunch - chicken fried chicken sandwich - french fries Dinner - half a meatball sub (the cats got the other half while I wasn't looking - rendering the sandwich uneatable
No running. 25 minutes weight training with dumbells. Triceps, Biceps, shoulders, back. 2 minutes of situps (48 situps) 2 minutes of pushups (35 pushups - my arms were very tired) 5 minutes of crunches (I wasn't counting)
Todays weight - 208lbs (Up three pounds, and I don't know why - maybe it's muscle mass?)
