We slept outside under walkways and such for the first couple of days. There was no power or water in the school. We had broken in the first night when it started raining and the HQ guys got wet, but we continued to live outside. Being attached to non-combat troops has it's advantages. Cots were supplied, and we soon had hot meals and eventually a shower tent.
