Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - chicken and brocolli, vegetable spring roll, three pieces sesame chicken (about 4 ounces)
Dinner - Roasted chicken leg, mashed potatoes, corn

6am -
stretch for five minutes
2 mile run (in the pouring rain)
stretch for five minutes
45 pushups
36 situps (that's all I could do...)

Todays weight: 206 lbs.
