with my dwindling xmas money (well, it WAS dwindling...now it's just gone) i bought a pair of simple shoes and i just love them. comfy and cool and fun. simple has some great shoes and some great bargains should you need sandals for the summer. not only that, they have the funniest descriptions. for my sugar canvas sneaks it says "your quest for the most awesome, raddest, squishy lady sneaker has ended." i DO look rad.
i love netflix. i can get all the movies the stupid video store NEVER has. like "i capture the castle", a wonderfull bbc production based on an even more wonderful book. you should put it on your net flix and reading list.
craig and i watched a few minutes of "american idol" this week (okay, okay, like 45 min!) c'mon, these people don't REALLY think they can sing, so they? the past couple days craig or i will belt out a tune and try to decide if it would make it past the judges. my favorites are the peeps that don't even know the words to the songs. i think they got in line because they thought it was free white snake concert tickets, found out it was american idol and just decided to sing "sweet home alabama" even though they only words they know are "sweet home alabama, where the skies are so blue".
