So I realized the other night a Star Trek movie came out in 2002 that I somehow missed, and I could easily add it to my Netflix list, watch it at my leisure, so why not, right? Right. I just did. I will. Please don't tell me what happens. I'll be watching this one alone folks.
Okay. But below, is a review fragment I lifted, so I apologize to the reviewer and to Netflix. I think it's darling. No offense intended. I'm one of you (Nanoo Nanoo! Be Healed and Proper! *flashing froggy peace sign hand gesture* Vulgan Mind Melt with you).
from Netflix, posted by Zero Tolerance:
"Then we have the inconsistencies. Like, what is Wesley Crusher doing in this? He took off with The Traveler, remember? How did he get an invitation and why is he in uniform? Why is Worf back? At the end of DS9, he became the Federation Ambassador to Kronos. Shouldn't he be off hunting with the Chancellor? If it's a reunion, where's Chief O'Brian or Reg Barkley or Dr Pulaski. Sure, they weren't central characters, but they were supposed to be friends with these people. Why 2 weddings? Couldn't they just have a Betazed wedding on Enterprise with Troi's mother in attendance? Data's double. After all the trouble they had with Lore, they put him together anyway?"
This post is dedicated to The Willhelm.
