This is one of my favorite spots to take my son during the warm weather--a corporate plaza that overlooks the river and the heliport. It's usually empty except during lunch, as it can't be seen from the street, so it's kind of an oasis. He loves to watch the helicopters take off and land, just like I used to, years ago, when I'd eat falafel sandwiches there on my lunch break. It was much less pleasant back then, for several reasons. But even then, it was a great view.
