When our mission finally came down, we boarded buses to head to Jefferson Parish. We were all a little disappointed that we weren't being air lifted in Helicopters like most everyone else was, but we got over it.
We arrived in the middle of the night at T.H. Harris MIddle School, which would be our home for the next week. We had been given authorization to use the school, and all it's facilities, any way we needed to. A small recon team was assembled, which was to include me, and we went around the school to find a way in, and make sure it was secure. Unfortunately, it was locked, and HQ didn't want to break in.
