Pony: I am thankful for the robot

It is a ray of sunshine in my cubicle. I don't know what I would do without happyrobot. Maybe I would write a novel. Let's not think about that now. Let's think about that tomorrow....Anyhow, unless you get a publisher, or have a house full of people willing to plough through your tedious first drafts, you don't get audience for your scribbles or feedback or community or nice people like the happyrobot people, one of whom might marry your sister.

Since Elana got an oddly persistent and prolific commenter on her blog, I started wondering who, beyond family, robots, and a handful of friends would read the Pony. I guess there would be the whole voyeur thing, in which I, myself, indulge, but since Pony has never been a racy blog (and never will be now that my mother has figured out the interweb), I figure people might sniff around, then leave, bored.
I think I was the last person in the world to figure out what technorati is, but I clicked on my listing, to see if anyone links to me besides Joey. And, I found the most awesomely flattering comment from Joan. Viva Joan! (wherever you are in our fair city. Made my day.
