1. I rode 50k yesterday on the Ride for Heart. 2. Mia called yesterday and she said she had a dream about me where I said "ko-ev li et ha lev" or "my heart hurts". 3. I got up at 7am on a sunday morning. 4. I wish I had been wearing stretchy pants. 6. They give out bananas, water and apples at 'rest stations' that play classic rock. 7. When I came home, I napped and dreamt about lines and lines of bicycles. 8. people with headphones on had no idea you are trying to pass them. 9. The air is very clean without cars. 10. OK, I know this is not about Ride for heart, but I am coming to New York for a visit in 12 days.
