I was over a friend's new house, tearing down walls today with Kiff.

And can I tell you, I had no idea how fun it would be to take a crowbar to a wall and smash it. to pieces.

My back is sore, and my hair still caked in plaster dust, and it was not just fun, it was...demolicious.
