Kiff and I went to vote this morning before work (and before the lineups). The deputy returning officer was chipper, joking that he had the power to arrest me if I didn't follow regulations - the joke seemed to tickle him to no end. By tonight, sadly,he will be covered in paper cuts and sick of everybody exercising their franchise.
