leek and tarragon easy soup for two
Leeks and tarragon do work together, so long as you give the tarragon time to mellow by letting the soup stand.
You need:
You just: Fry the leeks in the oil and butter until soft, add the rest and simmer very gently for say five minutes. Leave to stand for five, and enjoy with a friend or relative.
