I was dating this guy for a while who did not speak English very well. One day, it dawned on me that language bariers aside, he was actually very dumb. When I tried to break up with him, citing a lack of things in common, he said:
"But we are thinking the same thing!"
To which I replied: "But you never, ever READ. ANYTHING."
"Give me book! I will read it!"
